How can the Trust help me?
Depending on your individual circumstances, the Trust may:
- Approve a payment arrangement which covers your future monthly Watercare bills and generally includes a write-off of part or all of the amount you owe
- Referral to Eco Matters Trust for a free Water Audit to help manage high water bills and check for leaks and provide some water saving devices
- Referral to other organisations who may be able to provide additional assistance (Fono, Habitat for Humanity etc)
or
- decline your application.
